How it Works
Award USA partners with organizations through a social franchise licensing model that empowers them to deliver The Award locally. Once licensed, your team receives training, resources, and ongoing support to run the program in a way that fits your community.
Step 1: Determine the Level of Interest
Engage your organization’s leadership, participants, parents, and community stakeholders to ensure there’s sufficient interest to launch The Award
Step 2: Apply for a License
Once your organization is licensed, you are officially an Award Center and can deliver the full program in accordance with international guidelines.
Step 3: Complete Training
Our team will train your staff to run The Award, and we remain a long-term partner — supporting you as your Award Center grows.
Step 4: Launch The Award and Celebrate Achievement
Use The Award to enhance your existing programming and welcome your first cohort of young people. Mentor them through their Award journeys and celebrate their achievements.
